Horitzó

Horitzó is inspired by the visual language of the Mediterranean coast and by the origins of the chefs at Compartir, on the Costa Brava.

The undulating surface references the movement of the sea while taking advantage of the cylindrical geometry of the dish itself. The piece transforms a functional support into a subtle landscape that frames the dining experience.
