Bed Dresser

Bed Dresser was developed as a custom solution for a compact bedroom, following a complete reorganisation of the space and the new position of the bed.

With the bed enclosed by three walls, a dedicated structure was designed to raise it and allow a longitudinal storage unit to run along its open side. The Bed Dresser consists of three open storage modules separated by a wood–steel–wood detail. The steel plates sit flush with the surface and are slightly offset from the timber, creating a precise interruption within an otherwise continuous structure.
